At Holloways of Ludlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product isn't quite right for your home, you can return most items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

  Ensure the item is in its original, undamaged packaging with all components included, then securely pack it to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Shipping

  Send the package to our designated returns warehouse using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
